Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends. Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization. Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction. Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day Additional Job Description : Full time construction manager. Coordinate & Schedule meetings and send appropriate meeting appointments via email. Prepare agendas for meetings and provide meeting notes within 3 days of the meeting date. Meet bi-monthly with the District Director of Construction to present individual project reports and discuss overall status and issues on all projects under contract.
